The Group has operated in selected prime residential areas since 2002 in close association with our sister group Cosmopolitan Projects. We initiate and deliver new residential developments mostly in the Gauteng area. This includes sectional title complexes and individual homes built within security villages. Emphasis is placed on diversity in design and creating complexes with unique styles, facilities and features.
The various divisions within the group provide detailed planning and control, marketing, construction and final delivery to individual purchasers.
